2013 Spirit


Spirit to keep moving forward continued to flare
rubbed joints of the body to take steps
were met with curiosity in each grain the sweat
in every beat of time rolling from time to time

His passion for independent and responsible have been born
the first like buried deep within the untouchables
which is now struggling in a burning urge breath
to come forward ... step with the rising of the morning sun

The spirit had been born in shades of misery
lara sense and sorrow that accumulate in the chest
in the sense that it tercurahkan want to move forward path again
slowly but surely ... and move on ... to arrive at the final destination
success and lasting happiness ...

The spirit in the hearts born of a sense of boredom that saturate
flavor that will never be satisfied to continue to change
change for the better
changed to reach the rising morning sun warms the heart




Mirror Yourself



            Teens is the way to adulthood. In adolescence, teenagers must  begin to recognize their own self. How were the problems they faced, how they manage their lives and others. Each person has a different adolescence with others. The problems they face are different. Each will have a different dream, too. Dreams will always require actions to suit the purpose.

in Grade 10, I had done a reflection of myself. when I've been following extracurricular basketball. in a session, I can not do what is instructed by the coach and the danger of not being included in the list of players who will participate in the national tournament. at the end of practice, the coach said that you do not play like someone who wants to learn but a child who is just learning how to play basketball, which can transform yourself into a reliable player who is not a coach, not a parent, not a friend, but yourself. So hurry reflect on yourself and ask what you lack. after hearing those words, I immediately tried it when in a dorm
           
In front of the mirror, I think what happened, what I lack, what makes my game messed up. Long unanswered, I decided to think on the mattress. Closing my eyes, I ask myself, and I soon found the answer. During practice today, my stamina like an old man or a smoker. in class this day, I spent most of the time to sleep. This eye felt like awnt to ending it all. Then I remembered the words of basketball coaches that athletes have to sleep at 9 pm to keep the stamina still fresh. After that,  I found the main cause. apparently I lack the time to sleep and rest.

It did not take long to change the daily schedule to be more presentable. reduce extrakurikuler schedule other than basketball to make time to rest. After rearranging the schedule. Slowly but surely, I began to follow the new schedule. at first it was very difficult to adjust but it will eventually get used to the new schedule.
            After some practice, the effect is obvious. I was able to last longer than ever before. even when in class I never sleep again. Finally I can get a place in the list of players for the national tournament. After this tournamen, I always use the same way to faced others problem
