If I were Most Rich President



In 21st century, all nation interplay the culture, so much problem that faced by all nations, such as crisis, corruption, inflation, money politic etc. The most serious is inflation, all things in the world are increase in price, such as foodstuff, oil, meat,  etc. In Indonesia oil price was very high, meat price was increase about 100%. Those case are make indonesian people be new trouble. Increasing on price but not in wages.
Actually, what is needed by Indonesia? Indonesia has many natural resources, much tourism place, and the amount of indonesian people are about 240 million. What do you think? Do you think same like us? Yes, Indonesian people lack morality, lack of mentality to compete with other, etc. Too much mistakes if talk about Indonesian people. Indonesia is big nation, much culture here, regional language, and so on are the example of Indonesian as big nation which is very differ with other nation. Moreover, some nation try to take indonesian culture and want permanently indonesian culture as their culture. Now, as new gold generation of Indonesia, of course you dont want your nation known as small nation.
If I were President and billionaire, I want change Indonesia. So there will not name of  Indonesia in most 100 poor nation in the world. I will choose understanding people to sit on government chair not cleverer people. There will be no transportation facility for regional leader and also for the president. The transportation will be sell to close Indonesian debt. Born the new gold generation through the best education system that is give priority to morality, mentality, nasionalism  and for them who succesfull will has  a chance to study overseas.  After they was graduated they will come back to Indonesia, they will manage Indonesian natural resources and change the foreign labour. After amount of cash feel enough. I will buy again the foreign company to create more space for  Indonesian people can get a job. So it will make poor family was decrease
If all of those are can work smoothly. Not impossible for indonesia to be great nation in the world. Hopefully for Indonesian people especially young generation indonesian fuuture is in your hand. So, make it as your motivation to change Indonesia better

In this world, human has different with each other. Phisically  from face, size of the body and their behaviour, hobby, almost different.  Althogh,  they are twin certainly there are something differ between them. Moreover, if some one has an idol certainly  they want to be look like their idol. How hard their effort to duplicate them certainly different.


Have you ever hear about four kind of people characteristic. Those are  choleric, melancholic, sanguine, and phlegmatic. Sanguine temperament is fundamentally impulsive and pleasure-seeking; sanguine people are sociable and charismatic. They tend to enjoy social gatherings, making new friends and tend to be boisterous. They are usually quite creative and often daydream. Choleric  temperament is fundamentally ambitious and leader. They have a lot of aggression, energy, and passion, and try to instill it in others. They can dominate people of other temperaments, especially phlegmatic types. Melancholic  temperament is fundamentally introverted and thoughtful. Melancholic people often were perceived as very pondering and considerate, getting rather worried when they could not be on time for events. Melancholics can be highly creative in activities such as poetry and art and can become preoccupied with the tragedy and cruelty in the world. Often they are perfectionists. They are self-reliant and independent; one negative part of being a melancholic is that they can get so involved in what they are doing they forget to think of others.. Phlegmatic temperament is fundamentally relaxed and quiet, ranging from warmly attentive to lazily sluggish. Phlegmatics tend to be content with themselves and are kind. They are accepting and affectionate. They may be receptive and shy and often prefer stability to uncertainty and change. They are consistent, relaxed, calm, rational, curious, and observant, qualities that make them good administrators. They can also be aggressive.

If I compare my self with for characteristics above. My self prefer to melancholic because I’m very love art so much, and I like to play guitar and also make a handcraft.Moreover, melancholic person was very tidy and like to arrange their activity or others. Berside that, I am an easy going person, where I stand I can easier to have a frindship with others. I like to having fun with my all friends.

Indonesia Glimpse of Teenage Life

In the 21st century many Indonesian teenagers who do not know the meaning of life. Many cases the young culprit. In addition, many who do not appreciate their parents and prefer to hang out with their friends who can only destroy them.

Actually, what is the purpose to life? To me life is a process by which humans given the chance to live and are faced with a very complicated issue and most importantly, how do we address this issue. Many people in the world who define life by their standards. For the teens they should live a life that fit their age, such as learning, following extracurricular programs at the school and would have to think positive, so it does not happen things that are not desirable.

As the educated youth. It is time to change the paradigm. So, Indonesian teenagers be a backbone of Indonesian better future than the present.

Students are the only true wealth of a nation and their education is the socio-moral responsibility of the country. To be educated is both their right as well as duty. From the zero to the modern day schools, teaching and learning methodologies have taken a quantum leap. It is debated whether a system of grading of teachers by students should be introduced in schools to improve the learning and teaching environment.
            Closeness of the relationships allows the students to have the right of evaluating their teachers provided they do so without being rude or disrespectful to them. Moreover, this grading of teachers should be just for the sake of improvement in teaching style, course content etc, rather than followed by some personal grudge or favoritism. If taken and performed positively, this evaluation is going to work for the progress of not only teachers, schools, colleges, universities, but also for students.
From these evaluations, teachers will come to know what students like or dislike about the teaching methodology and content. They will realize which topics are difficult or easy from students’ point of view. They will discover which activities are more enjoyable, affective and motivating for students to learn more and better. Also, teachers find out the ways that reach out to students and avoid the ways that don’t, e.g. they can change the way they deliver a lecture or they can facilitate students to participate in activities they like. This all will contribute to the quality of teaching and teacher-student relationship.
On the other hand, teachers can also receive increments in their salaries if their evaluations are marked good by their students. Concerning administration benefits, student evaluations give an idea of which teachers are most effective and popular among students. They help administrators to know if their students are satisfied or not with the school, college or university program. Also, it provides the administration a guideline for the improvement of the whole institution.

Thus the students, parents and the school head should collectively and responsibly grade the teachers in a fair way. It is a promising concept and will yield surprisingly good results if refined and applied with the right conditions as proposed above. The future of the country depends how well the students are nurtured when they are in their formative years. The system of grading of teachers may prove to be a present for the institutions who aim to nurture the “hope of tomorrow”.

Homework, or homework assignment, refers to tasks assigned to students by their teachers to be completed outside of class. Common homework assignments may include a quantity or period of reading to be performed, writing or typing to be completed, problems to be solved, a school project to be built such as a display, or other skills to be practiced.
The basic objectives of assigning homework to students are the same as schooling in general. To increase the knowledge and improve the abilities and skills of the students. However, opponents of homework cite homework as rote, or grind work, designed to take up children's time, without offering real benefit. Homework may be designed to reinforce what students have already learned, prepare them for next (or complex or difficult) lessons, extend what they know by having them apply it to new situations, or to integrate their abilities by applying many different skills to a single task. Homework also provides an opportunity for parents to participate in their children's education.
homework is obviously helpful. Firstly it enables teachers to know which students are ready to move onto the next topic and which aren't as in a busy classroom its hard for a teacher to know who's copying who. Secondly it lets students prepare for adult life by teaching them discipline. Thirdly it teaches children to do well in exams and even if the student can do the work it never hurts to practice. To some students it might be boring, for some tedious but you cannot get past the fact that it benefits their schoolwork and exam results.
Homework can take longer for a lot of people. Some people have to spend most of the afternoon and weekend doing homework, and it is unfair to others who can finish it in 30 minutes or sometimes less. Teachers who give more homework are more likely to lose trust and respect from their students. Sometimes without a teacher available, homework can confuse students. Homework takes away a lot of time from students that they don't have. We are very tired by the time we get home. On top of sports, extra-curricular activities, and hanging out with friends, it is a long and tiring school year for everybody.
 Homework makes everything just a little bit more stressful. But if we do the assignment with doing some activities or hobbies like listening music, watching TV and etc. Do homework should be kind of interest activities.
