            The highest class in senior high school, becoming new senior, becoming new expectation for teacher to reach highest score in national examination. That’s true becoming 12^th grade is not easy ,  not only become an arbiter for junior but there should be more efforts to study. All activities that can disturb anything in 12^th grader should be changed to one word “ STUDY “. Do not think if all of this is burden in your life, it is an absolute case that should be faced for everyone.

            A frightening condition definitely happening before being a senior. Began from mentality, preparation, and etc.  Almost all students in  the world,  prepared well all their needed . Before they are going to higher level of education they will prepared all the important thing. So students already anticipate the bad case for next education level and reduce the percentages of anxiousness for being new senior. So the whole fear that make students are very scary for being 12^th grader come from their own self.

            Beside become an arbiter in school, senior should be a good sample for their junior. Sometimes senior more sensitive to smallest thing because how small it is. It can give a big influence for themselves. Unimportant attitude should be erased, it is very hard for the first time, but if we try harder to change our attitude always there is a way there and of course it has not negative impact for students.

            Each student has a habits for keeping their spirit up. Hobbies can help students when they are wallow, have a bad mood, weary,  and etc. By doing their hobbies,  student feel happy because they do the right way. Also hobbies can bring someone to their success.

            Hello Yafits, How are you today ? I hope you are in good condition because  you  have promised to yourself for always keep your health. Congratulations for you, you pass all your 11^th grader  periode with your best effort.

            Is there any  problem with you today ? Don’t worry fits, do not think it seriously because it can annoying your focus for facing national examination. Of course, there is so many new thing that you get from several months in 12^th grader that can make you become a stronger person. Now you are in second semester and about 4 months later you will facing  your big rock  during 3 years in senior high school, yeah National examination that make students fear. But I hope you are strong enough to face it.

            In last time, you are still confuse to take a decision to choose what university, what is a good faculty in that university, and how useful is it for my future life. Of course, you have your decision today and it is best for you and your family. I think you have a big ambition to enter top university like Indonesia University, Gadjah Mada University, and etc. But you must think again, how is your live there, I know your decision is good for you and   best for you. All decision is in your hand, I don’t want you change your decision but I just want to give you spirit and conviction of you decision.

            For the last, once again congratulation for your success being 12^th grader. Don’t forget keep your prayer and care each other.

Think Out of Box

Talk about friendship, there are many things in it. Movies, songs, poetry, struggle, funny, togetherness, and much more. But, this time I will discuss the films that bring an element of friendship in it. The movie I chose   3 idiots movie. The genre  of the movie is comedy drama movie directed by Rajkumar Hirani, with a screenplay by Abhijat Joshi, and produced by Vidhu Vinod Chopra. It was loosely adapted from the novel Five Point Someone by Chetan Bhagat. 3 Idiots stars Aamir Khan, Kareena Kapoor, R. Madhavan, Sharman Joshi, Omi Vaidya, Parikshit Sahni and Boman Irani.

The film tells the story of three student behavior against the standard rules on the burden ICE students to successfully pass the target and the orientation of the work, regardless of the psychological and emotional intelligence of students. Because their behavior is not normal and that's likely rogue, all their friends, including the Rector Viru Shastrabudhi dub three students as idiot students. In college, the competition is the main thing and reasonable. Professor Viru pointed with a story about the cuckoo bird that lays its eggs in the nests of other birds. When the eggs hatch, the cuckoo bird will ejecting eggs and grab another bird's nest. The principle of competition and compete  invested in such a way that the students just getting good grades and a degree without ever know and understand the true meaning of education.

Many things that can be taken from the story in the 3 idiots movie like, trying to find another way to live his days as a student of ICE. Education is understood and practiced, not just memorize. He thinks that the ICE universities student like a lions as well trained, not well educated. Sense of belonging among them. Rancho expend so much that words can build Farhan and Raju morale. One is all is well that became a trend in the film. Word all is well taught three people to keep calm in the face of problems. Besides, rancho also said we do have to learn very seriously, but we are not only to get better score, do not learn to be successful, but to raise the big soul. Initially, people hesitate  that statement but continued rancho still keep his spirit to prove it, until Raju no longer want to be ranchos friends . But eventually they reunite a result of these words. I think the sentence was very true. Learn to memorize useless if without practice. People can forget what in memorized and replaced with a new memorization.

Unstopable

Friend .  What is a friend? Each individual of course has its own definition of what a best friend for them? I think friends are the closest person,  who  can understand ourselves, can be believe, a place where we are told, and can provide a solution for us. Of course something always has a positive side and negative side.  Sometimes not always a good friend have meaning for them, there are also people who do not have a friend in their life. Maybe they are traumatized by thing called friends, because of betrayal, leaking secrets, have problems etc.
When I was elementary schools  student,  I do not know what is a friend? Start from when I am in   1-3 grader, I play with all my friends, boys or girls. Perhaps, crying is normal habits and the next day will go back as usual again. A little information, that I was a naughty child before. In  1st grade, my teacher  ever had in pinch me for not paying attention, on my 2nd class also my teacher pinch me because I makes my friend cry. As I said everything will be back as usual.  Started in grade 3, I had more time to gather with boy students besides girl students. In grade 4-5, I started hanging out with a particular student, and in Grade 6, I already have a group of friends that called R3HC1 ( Reisy, Reza, Rizki, Hafidh and Cahyo ). We go to any place together. The most specials are always together when we were going to Jogjakarta. There five of us shopping for clothes, special food and others. Unfortunately none of our farewell photo can be captured.

  

When I was in Junior High School in grade 9, In grade 9 I found a friend who fits with me. We named the group consisting of as many as 6 people with the name The Burrick. Yes, the word does not have meaning, origin and only said, the important thing we comfortable to call. They are mine, Ari Nur Hidayat, Fajar Abu J, Ilham Achmad, M Imam Junaidi, and Abdul Hamdan. We are always gathered together after  terawih,  tadarus together and in Idul Fitri Day, we were visiting each house respectively. and after H + 5 eid, we went to Bromo  Mountain, Jabung Temple, harbor, etc. I do not know why we are like brothers. When there was some jealousy, when one of our members no longer hang out with us. Our discord  felt  heavy because there were to boarding school, a school outside the city, and a school in the town center. But we still in communicate until now.

When in Senior High School, I met with housing system. It makes me met with new friends who has same characterization with me. Little confuse at the first time to combine our mind. But did not need a long time to integrate our mind. This group called Shark House. Its more than just a friend but this is family.  Too hard to describe about Shark too amazing. Love you Shark.

Mirror Yourself

            Teens is the way to adulthood. In adolescence, teenagers must  begin to recognize their own self. How were the problems they faced, how they manage their lives and others. Each person has a different adolescence with others. The problems they face are different. Each will have a different dream, too. Dreams will always require actions to suit the purpose.

in Grade 10, I had done a reflection of myself. when I've been following extracurricular basketball. in a session, I can not do what is instructed by the coach and the danger of not being included in the list of players who will participate in the national tournament. at the end of practice, the coach said that you do not play like someone who wants to learn but a child who is just learning how to play basketball, which can transform yourself into a reliable player who is not a coach, not a parent, not a friend, but yourself. So hurry reflect on yourself and ask what you lack. after hearing those words, I immediately tried it when in a dorm

           

In front of the mirror, I think what happened, what I lack, what makes my game messed up. Long unanswered, I decided to think on the mattress. Closing my eyes, I ask myself, and I soon found the answer. During practice today, my stamina like an old man or a smoker. in class this day, I spent most of the time to sleep. This eye felt like awnt to ending it all. Then I remembered the words of basketball coaches that athletes have to sleep at 9 pm to keep the stamina still fresh. After that,  I found the main cause. apparently I lack the time to sleep and rest.

It did not take long to change the daily schedule to be more presentable. reduce extrakurikuler schedule other than basketball to make time to rest. After rearranging the schedule. Slowly but surely, I began to follow the new schedule. at first it was very difficult to adjust but it will eventually get used to the new schedule.

            After some practice, the effect is obvious. I was able to last longer than ever before. even when in class I never sleep again. Finally I can get a place in the list of players for the national tournament. After this tournamen, I always use the same way to faced others problem

If I were Most Rich President

In 21st century, all nation interplay the culture, so much problem that faced by all nations, such as crisis, corruption, inflation, money politic etc. The most serious is inflation, all things in the world are increase in price, such as foodstuff, oil, meat,  etc. In Indonesia oil price was very high, meat price was increase about 100%. Those case are make indonesian people be new trouble. Increasing on price but not in wages.

Actually, what is needed by Indonesia? Indonesia has many natural resources, much tourism place, and the amount of indonesian people are about 240 million. What do you think? Do you think same like us? Yes, Indonesian people lack morality, lack of mentality to compete with other, etc. Too much mistakes if talk about Indonesian people. Indonesia is big nation, much culture here, regional language, and so on are the example of Indonesian as big nation which is very differ with other nation. Moreover, some nation try to take indonesian culture and want permanently indonesian culture as their culture. Now, as new gold generation of Indonesia, of course you dont want your nation known as small nation.

If I were President and billionaire, I want change Indonesia. So there will not name of  Indonesia in most 100 poor nation in the world. I will choose understanding people to sit on government chair not cleverer people. There will be no transportation facility for regional leader and also for the president. The transportation will be sell to close Indonesian debt. Born the new gold generation through the best education system that is give priority to morality, mentality, nasionalism  and for them who succesfull will has  a chance to study overseas.  After they was graduated they will come back to Indonesia, they will manage Indonesian natural resources and change the foreign labour. After amount of cash feel enough. I will buy again the foreign company to create more space for  Indonesian people can get a job. So it will make poor family was decrease

If all of those are can work smoothly. Not impossible for indonesia to be great nation in the world. Hopefully for Indonesian people especially young generation indonesian fuuture is in your hand. So, make it as your motivation to change Indonesia better

I am a Melanchoia

In this world, human has different with each other. Phisically  from face, size of the body and their behaviour, hobby, almost different.  Althogh,  they are twin certainly there are something differ between them. Moreover, if some one has an idol certainly  they want to be look like their idol. How hard their effort to duplicate them certainly different.

Have you ever hear about four kind of people characteristic. Those are  choleric, melancholic, sanguine, and phlegmatic. Sanguine temperament is fundamentally impulsive and pleasure-seeking; sanguine people are sociable and charismatic. They tend to enjoy social gatherings, making new friends and tend to be boisterous. They are usually quite creative and often daydream. Choleric  temperament is fundamentally ambitious and leader. They have a lot of aggression, energy, and passion, and try to instill it in others. They can dominate people of other temperaments, especially phlegmatic types. Melancholic  temperament is fundamentally introverted and thoughtful. Melancholic people often were perceived as very pondering and considerate, getting rather worried when they could not be on time for events. Melancholics can be highly creative in activities such as poetry and art and can become preoccupied with the tragedy and cruelty in the world. Often they are perfectionists. They are self-reliant and independent; one negative part of being a melancholic is that they can get so involved in what they are doing they forget to think of others.. Phlegmatic temperament is fundamentally relaxed and quiet, ranging from warmly attentive to lazily sluggish. Phlegmatics tend to be content with themselves and are kind. They are accepting and affectionate. They may be receptive and shy and often prefer stability to uncertainty and change. They are consistent, relaxed, calm, rational, curious, and observant, qualities that make them good administrators. They can also be aggressive.

If I compare my self with for characteristics above. My self prefer to melancholic because I’m very love art so much, and I like to play guitar and also make a handcraft.Moreover, melancholic person was very tidy and like to arrange their activity or others. Berside that, I am an easy going person, where I stand I can easier to have a frindship with others. I like to having fun with my all friends.

Indonesia Glimpse of Teenage Life

In the 21st century many Indonesian teenagers who do not know the meaning of life. Many cases the young culprit. In addition, many who do not appreciate their parents and prefer to hang out with their friends who can only destroy them.

Actually, what is the purpose to life? To me life is a process by which humans given the chance to live and are faced with a very complicated issue and most importantly, how do we address this issue. Many people in the world who define life by their standards. For the teens they should live a life that fit their age, such as learning, following extracurricular programs at the school and would have to think positive, so it does not happen things that are not desirable.

As the educated youth. It is time to change the paradigm. So, Indonesian teenagers be a backbone of Indonesian better future than the present.

Great Relation, Great Result

           

Students are the only true wealth of a nation and their education is the socio-moral responsibility of the country. To be educated is both their right as well as duty. From the zero to the modern day schools, teaching and learning methodologies have taken a quantum leap. It is debated whether a system of grading of teachers by students should be introduced in schools to improve the learning and teaching environment.

            Closeness of the relationships allows the students to have the right of evaluating their teachers provided they do so without being rude or disrespectful to them. Moreover, this grading of teachers should be just for the sake of improvement in teaching style, course content etc, rather than followed by some personal grudge or favoritism. If taken and performed positively, this evaluation is going to work for the progress of not only teachers, schools, colleges, universities, but also for students.

From these evaluations, teachers will come to know what students like or dislike about the teaching methodology and content. They will realize which topics are difficult or easy from students’ point of view. They will discover which activities are more enjoyable, affective and motivating for students to learn more and better. Also, teachers find out the ways that reach out to students and avoid the ways that don’t, e.g. they can change the way they deliver a lecture or they can facilitate students to participate in activities they like. This all will contribute to the quality of teaching and teacher-student relationship.

On the other hand, teachers can also receive increments in their salaries if their evaluations are marked good by their students. Concerning administration benefits, student evaluations give an idea of which teachers are most effective and popular among students. They help administrators to know if their students are satisfied or not with the school, college or university program. Also, it provides the administration a guideline for the improvement of the whole institution.

Thus the students, parents and the school head should collectively and responsibly grade the teachers in a fair way. It is a promising concept and will yield surprisingly good results if refined and applied with the right conditions as proposed above. The future of the country depends how well the students are nurtured when they are in their formative years. The system of grading of teachers may prove to be a present for the institutions who aim to nurture the “hope of tomorrow”.
